DEPOSIT (Holding fee)

We require a deposit (Holding Fee is Non-Refundable) to reserve or hold a puppy, as we have experienced instances where interested families opted not to commit and chose a puppy elsewhere. This policy ensures we do not miss opportunities with committed families and only deal with serious and responsible new owners. We appreciate your understanding.

 

To Reserve a puppy listed in our website there is a (500.00) Deposit (Non-Refundable) for females and 1000.00 for males under 9 weeks old.  The deposit for a male or female puppy will be 500.00 at 10 weeks and older. They already have their two veterinary check-ups and vaccines at this age and are ready for their new forever loving home.

The Deposit (Holding Fee Non-Refundable) must be received within 24 hours from the time a pup is requested to be reserved, or the pup will be available to the next buyer in line. Deposit may be sent by bank transfer or zelle.

The new owner will have to pick up their new family member the same week we receive the deposit for locals in Arizona (Unless we have agreed otherwise, please ask) and for people out-of-state they will have an extra week to make any arrangements to come pick them up or send a flight nanny; after that an extra fee of $100 per week plus any vet visit needed will be charged and the puppy only will be reserve for one month, after that, he/she will be available again in our page.

​The deposit amount will be deducted from the total price of the puppy and the remaining balance will be due upon delivery if you pick up him/her.

if the puppy is traveling out of state with a flight nanny, the puppy has to be paid in full before being delivery with the flight nanny. 

We have a great flight nanny services available or you can use one your trust. 

The flight nanny fee it will depend totally on the nanny and the state to which the puppy needs to be delivery.

* Please note: The puppy cannot be considered reserved until the deposit is received.

PUPPY FEES

Prices are determined by multiple factors including structure, coat color, pedigree.
 

Pet Prices ​/ AKC limited, no for Breeding.

Fawns 2500.00 and Up
Lilac tan points 4000.00 and up

Merle with tan points 4500.00 and up

** For pet only (no breeding rights) a signed spay/neuter contract will be required **

**We have some requirements under contract for breeding rights especially with females**

Full AKC papers or Breeding Rights, an additional fee of $1000.00 and up will be required and it will depend on each puppy.
